What is your return policy?

All jewelry charms, bracelets, and necklaces may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price via the same manner in which it was paid. Shipping costs are not refundable. Cow Jewelry reserves the right to inspect for damages before accepting the return.

What credit cards do you accept for payment?

Cow Jewelry accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Your account information is processed by Paypal and held secure by their 256 bit encryption system.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders going to USA addresses, shipping is free. Shipping costs for orders outside the U.S. are dependent on the weight of the package and desired delivery time. We take these on a case-by-case basis. Please email us for a shipping quote.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service first class mail. You will receive a package tracking number when your order ships. FedEx or UPS shipping is available for an additional charge. Please email kathy@cowjewelry.net BEFORE placing an order if you need expedited or non-postal mail delivery.

When will my order be shipped?

All sterling silver charms are in stock and almost always ship within 1 business day of the order being placed. Gold charms generally ship within 3 to 4 weeks of the order being placed.

Is there tax on my order?

All orders shipped to a Florida address (regardless where the order originated from), will be charged 6 percent Florida sales tax on the product sale. Sales tax is not charged on shipping costs.

I would like a charm in gold. How much does that cost?

Charms may be done in 14 or 18 karat white or yellow gold. The price is based upon the current gold market and must be prepaid before work begins. Please contact kathy@cowjewelry.net for a price quote.

Can I pick up my order at your store?

No, we do not offer local pickup at this time.
